Webb26 nov. 2024 · There are several ways of doing this, but assuming that the Form you have your text box in is based on the same list as you want the new comments to be added to. If this is the case, this would probably work. Whatever way you do it, you need to retrieve the current value of the field and add the new input to it.

One was would be to: connect download the file. update the file. upload the file (over writing the existing file in SharePoint). But I think that is not a clean way to do it. Webb6 juni 2016 · I guess even though you are reverting to a previous version it still sees the need to append the text. Once I turned off the three fields that had appended text and then reverted to a previous version I got the desired result. I then went in and reset the fields to Append Changes to Existing Text.
